Viking Mythology is brimming with dramatic stories from mighty giants to mischievous gods, gruesome demons to fantastical creatures. Explore what makes a great Viking myth with Anna O Brian and then make your own mighty myths. Suitable for ages 8-12.

Summer Story Makers: Prop Making Course, 31st July 2019, 10:00 to 16:00 at The Story Museum, Pembroke Street, Oxford (22.5 miles)
Work with professional prop maker and set designer, Rachael Twyford, to bring the magic of Asgard to life and transform into a mighty hero or heroine! Suitable for ages 8-12.

Rachael is an Oxford-based designer for performance. Following her MA in Performance Design at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, she has worked as a set and costume designer, costume supervisor, costume maker, scenic artist and puppet maker in Oxford, Cardiff and London.

Founded by producer Baby J, previous collaborations include Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson and the Wu-Tang Clan. Write your own lyrics and produce a hiphop track by the end of the day, working with professional producers and musicians. Suitable for ages 8-12. �£37.50

Newbury Sub-Aqua Club meet at Mary Hare School, Snelsmore Common (7.2 miles)
The Newbury branch of the British Sub Aqua Club celebrated its 21st Anniversary in 2002. We currently have around 80 members.
We meet once a week on Thursdays at the Mary Hare School in Newbury and afterwards migrate to the Fox and Hounds, the nearest pub! Although primarily from the Newbury area, our members travel from as far as Romsey and Bicester.
